Terms and Conditions – Creekwood Apartments

1. Bookings & Payments

• Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as agreed) has been received.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods by Creekwood.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain at the agreed rate.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional cost and must be pre-arranged.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in may qualify for a refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows are charged in full.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must treat the property with care and respect.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated smoking areas may be provided.
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking agreement.
• Any damage or missing items will be billed to the guest at replacement cost.

5. Use of Property

• The apartment is to be used for residential purposes only. Parties, loud events, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed as stated in the booking confirmation.

6. Liability

• Creekwood Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal property during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct within the property.

7. Privacy & Security

• Creekwood may collect and process personal information for booking and communication purposes only.
• CCTV may be in use in common areas for the safety of guests and property.
